ChemDry is the UK market leader in carpet and upholstery cleaning and fire and flood damage restoration. Operating under a franchise arrangement with the US based franchisor, three separate companies conducted the UK operations.
Having received an approach from Homeserve plc to acquire the business the PPCF team was appointed to negotiate the sale on behalf of the three companies, agree the appointment of the consideration between them, and restructure the agreement with the US franchisor.
PPCF subsequently advised the management team of ChemDry when it was bought out of Homeserve plc as part of the Evander Group.
