CH Jones/Keyfuels is the UK market leader in commercial vehicle fuel card processing. The company manages the Keyfuels card acceptance network, and operates a proprietary processing application that serves more than 30,000 business fleets either directly or through its reseller partners.

The PPCF team had an established relationship with CH Jones that enabled them to react rapidly when Fleetcor, the Global Fleet Card Company, made an approach to acquire the business. PPCF was appointed to lead the sale process on behalf of the shareholders. They devised the tactics and managed the transaction in a way that minimised the risks to the business whilst delivering completion within eight weeks.
