David Hardless is co-founder of Park Place Corporate Finance. He has more than twenty years of corporate finance advisory experience.
Much of this experience was gained with Coopers and Lybrand (from 1998 onwards, by virtue of merger, PricewaterhouseCoopers), which was the dominant corporate finance advisory house in the north of England during the 1990's. During this time, David was lead adviser on a wide range of transactions with a total value approaching £1billion, including four cross border transactions. His clients ranged from owner managed businesses to corporates and private equity houses. During his last two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, David led a national team of corporate financiers dedicated to the support services sector.
David has also worked as a finance director in industry for Peterhouse Investments (later Peterhouse Plc, which was eventually taken over by Babcock Plc).
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988, and is a history graduate from Cambridge University. |
