Ebuyer is a fast growing online retailer of computer peripherals and other consumer electrical products.
The PPCF team had previously advised the founder of Ebuyer on realising two previous ventures. As the company experienced stellar growth the shareholders sought our advice to build a strategy to both realise shareholder value and position the company for further growth.
Acting as lead advisor to the shareholders PPCF identified potential investors and structured the funding package which culminated in an £18m investment from Vida Capital Partners Limited.
Since the investment the company has continued its rapid growth with sales in 2005 of approximately £200m, and has relocated to significantly larger premises.
