Geo Adams is a family owned £200m turnover pork products business which supplies most of the major supermarkets. It employs over 2,000 people at four sites in Lincolnshire.

The business received an unsolicited approach from Tulip Ltd, the UK subsidiary of Danish Crown. PPCF was appointed to negotiate the sale on behalf of the family shareholders and manage the transaction process advising on price and transaction structure.

The enlarged Tulip business now employs over 9,000 people in the UK and has a UK turnover of £1.2bn.
