Camira Fabrics Limited is a European market leader in the manufacture of commercial interior textiles for the office and contract furniture market. The company manufactures and distributes fabrics used in the production of seating and vertical panelling worldwide. In addition it has a significant share of the mass transportation market, offering fabric solutions for the coach, bus and railway markets. The business is based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire with two UK production sites and one in Lithuania.

PPCF acted as advisor to Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance (“BoS”) who purchased the business, alongside management, from its American parent. BoS provided a package of both debt and equity to finance the deal.
