Videss is a leading supplier of software and related services to the legal profession.  The business is based in Liversedge, West Yorkshire with an office near Swindon.

The business was founded by husband and wife team Paul and Sonja Sanderson in 1977 and had grown to a £5m turnover business with a profit before tax of £430k.  When the couple received an offer for the business from AIM listed Computer Software Group plc they decided that it would provide a timely opportunity for them to retire.
