Park Place has provided support and guidance over a four-year period to structure the right solution for the founder shareholder, the business and the ongoing management. Park Place was also instrumental in introducing longstanding client, Mark Taylor, as the new CEO and supporting the company in its preparation for the transaction.
The deal further underscores Park Place’s extensive experience in the franchise sector, which includes the InXpress and Chem-Dry transactions. The ERA Group deal is another example of Park Place’s commitment to building long-term relationships with its clients and structuring transactions that achieve their objectives.
