Park Place advised the shareholders of Rural Solutions, a leading provider of specialist rural planning, architecture, landscape, and consultancy services, on the sale of the business. Rural Solutions was acquired by Celnor Group, a provider of Testing, Inspection, Certification and & Compliance (TICC) services with a growing Built Environment division.
Rural Solutions works with estates, landowning institutions, private individuals, developers, property agents, and leisure operators to deliver projects in high-value landscapes and heritage settings. From initial ideas to project delivery, their end-to-end, integrated services make them a trusted partner for forward-thinking owners and managers of rural land and property.
Following a number of unsolicited approaches from potential acquirers, Park Place advised the shareholders on their options, with Celnor Group ultimately becoming a preferred bidder.
