Adam joined the team in 2022 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, where he advised private equity, wealth management, and private banking clients on tax matters, supporting on a range of transactions.
He has since worked on a wide variety of deals, ranging in value from £2m to in excess of £500m, delivering advice to C-suite stakeholders at large multinational groups, shareholder-managers of SMEs, and institutional investors.
Adam holds a BA in Music from the University of Leeds, where he specialised in composition and the history of early 20th century Italian music. Outside of work, Adam is an adequate shot and a self-confessed wine geek.
