Jay joined Park Place in 2024 after qualifying as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Financial Services Audit. Over these three years, Jay worked alongside large listed and PE-backed financial institutions, as well as Fintech SMEs.
Since joining Park Place, he has advised in a variety of scenarios: management teams on PE-sponsored buy-outs; stakeholders of large listed and private businesses on their buy-side strategy; exiting founder-shareholders and incoming management-shareholders on structured solutions; and owner-managers on their full or partial exit.
Jay graduated from the University of Durham with a BA (Hons) in Business Management. A verified foodie, Jay enjoys haute cuisine and travels far and wide with his wife in search of it. He’s also a keen footballer and runner.
